Marketing Trainee

About the Role:

Are you ready to launch your career with a Marketing Internship at one of the world’s most iconic FMCG companies? 

As a Marketing Trainee, you’ll be an integral part of our team in Barcelona. You’ll support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, analyze sales and performance data, and collaborate with external agencies to bring our digital marketing strategies to life. You’ll also contribute to brand management projects and assist in launching new products across the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Main Responsibilities:

You will work with tools like Nielsen and SAP, support the analysis of marketing analytics, and help coordinate social media content aligned with our brand strategies. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and insights will be valued from day one.

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive, curious, motivated and analytical individual who is eager to learn and grow. You should be a student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in Spanish and English are essential. Advanced in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word) skills are required, and familiarity with SAP or Nielsen is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership of projects are key to success in this role.
