About the Opportunity 

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Product Operations Intern to support our UX and digital product teams from October onwards. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product operations within an international environment and to apply what you are learning in your studies to real digital products and AI initiatives. 

What you’ll do 

• 
  

  Support product and UX teams in day-to-day operations 
  Help keep product backlogs organized and up to date (e.g. drafting tasks from notes/templates, updating items in our agile tools and Forecast). 

  
  

• 
  

  Assist with data quality, tracking and reporting 
  Maintain simple status trackers, perform first-line data checks in Forecast, and prepare draft capacity, resource and budget overview reports. 

  
  

• 
  

  Help coordinate sprints and follow-ups 
  Send routine reminders, track actions and dependencies, and support meeting preparation (agendas, notes, action logs). 

  
  

• 
  

  Contribute to onboarding and internal communication 
  Support BU onboarding logistics for UX / product topics and help maintain SharePoint, Teams and Marketplace pages. 

  
  

• 
  

  Support community and content initiatives 
  Assist in assembling content for internal UX / product community newsletters and other communication materials. 

  
  

You will play a key role in helping our teams work efficiently and in protecting valuable AI and UX capacity by ensuring our operational foundations are strong. 

What you’ll bring 

• 
  

  Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Information Systems, Digital Management, Project Management or a related field 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong interest in digital products, UX, agile ways of working and/or AI 

  
  

• 
  

  Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting (e.g. Excel) 

  
  

• 
  

  Fluent in English, written and spoken; any additional language is a strong plus 

  
  

• 
  

  Available to work part-time from October at the office in Barcelona, preferably for a 6‑month internship 

  
  

• 
  

  Motivated, structured and communicative attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks
