Shopper and Customer Marketing Trainee

Your Tasks

Support the team in planning and executing trade marketing activities, including promotions, POS materials, displays, and in-store campaigns. The role involves analyzing sales data, collaborating with the sales team, preparing reports and presentations, and monitoring competitor activities and market trends.

• Collaborate with the team to plan and implement trade marketing initiatives (promotions, displays, in-store campaigns) during the internship period, contributing to the development of promotional materials.


• Conduct monthly analysis of sales data and product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and present insights and recommendations to the team.


• Actively participate in meetings with sales and marketing teams to ensure trade marketing activities are aligned with commercial objectives and marketing priorities.


• Assist in preparing clear, informative, and visually engaging presentations and reports for meetings with clients and business partners.


• Perform monthly research on competitors’ activities and market trends, delivering reports with actionable insights for the team.


• Participate in relevant training sessions to develop skills in trade marketing and commercial activity management.

Your Profile

• University student in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field,


• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset,


• Advanced Knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint,


• Organized, curious, and proactive attitude,


• Fluent in English and Spanish,
