Transport Planner / Logistics Specialist

We are now seeking a Transport planner/ logistics specialist temporally during summer period to help us further building the future of food. You can be based in Berga, Spain and report to the Transport Manager to be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a logistics department and be aligned with transport manager team.

What will you do:

• Overall help in logistics team during summer.
• Reception raw materials documents.
• Reception visits
• Manage Equipment Protection Individual (EPI) to  external services.
• Prepare transport documents
• Answer telephone.
• Planner exworks deliveries
• International transport
• Shipping.

What we expect from you:

• Works well with others and teams, but also self-driven
• Computer experience in MS Office, Sharepoint, dynamics AX.
• English intermediate
