If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of our mission, join us!We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded Country Manager to lead our affiliate in Denmark/Sweden and drive long-term business growth, organizational excellence, and sustainable value creation.As the senior Medison leader in the market, the Country Manager serves as the face of the company externally and the integrator of all affiliate activities internally. The role carries full accountability for business performance, patient impact, financial outcomes, organizational capability, strategic partnerships, compliance, and reputation.Beyond delivering short-term results, the successful candidate will demonstrate enterprise leadership by balancing local market opportunities with broader regional and global priorities, developing strategic partnerships, building a high-performing organization, and creating the conditions for sustainable long-term growth. The role requires strong commercial judgment, executive presence, business gravitas, financial discipline, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.The position reports to the Cluster Head and is based in Denmark/Sweden. Domestic and international travel should be expected.
