Requirements

• Extensive experience in Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Career Development Planning (CDP), and Succession Planning
  


• Advanced hands-on expertise with Job Profile Builder (JPB) and/or migration to Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
  


• Strong functional knowledge of performance management processes, including 360-degree feedback, calibration cycles, and competency-based development frameworks
  


• Proven consulting skills with the ability to lead client workshops and translate complex business requirements into effective system configurations
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  


• SAP SuccessFactors certification in PMGM, CDP, or Succession Planning preferred
