Ongoing is entering a new phase in how we work with customer acquisition. We are now looking for Account Executives to help us reach more logistics-intensive companies with Ongoing WMS and contribute to shaping how we position, sell and grow in the years ahead.

Since July 2026, Ongoing has been a portfolio company of Cinven, a leading pan-European private-equity firm. This represents a new phase for the company, with strong ambitions to continue expanding internationally, strengthen how we approach new markets and customer segments, and develop more structured and scalable ways of identifying, reaching and acquiring new customers.
Our office is located directly next to the Chalmers University campus in Johanneberg.
As an Account Executive at Ongoing, you will work with B2B sales toward companies where logistics and warehouse operations are central to the business. You will own and drive the commercial dialogue, while working closely with a Solution Architect who brings deep expertise in software development, Ongoing WMS and warehouse flows. Together, you will understand the customer’s operations, identify relevant needs, and show how Ongoing WMS can create value.
Drive B2B sales processes from first contact to signed agreement, with a consultative and long-term approach.
Build relationships with prospective customers and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to signed agreement. All opportunities currently originate from inbound channels. As we to scale our sales organisation, the role will gradually involve a greater degree of proactive prospecting and business development.
Understand customer needs, challenges, and logistics flows, and translate them into clear value-based discussions about Ongoing WMS.
Contribute to the development of Ongoing’s sales strategy, including how we approach different customer segments, markets, and buying situations.
Work closely with a Solution Architect throughout the sales process to combine commercial understanding with technical and operational expertise.
Help Ongoing identify and develop new commercial opportunities across relevant customer segments and markets.
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of logistics and proven experience in B2B sales. You should be able to understand complex customer operations, ask relevant questions, and build trust in discussions with decision-makers. This is a role for someone who can drive sales independently while collaborating closely with colleagues who bring deep product and technical expertise.
Great sales results come from teamwork. Ellinor (Head of Talent) and Tobias (Customer Acquisition Engineer) collaborating to support growth, engage prospective customers, and strengthen Ongoing's commercial team.
At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transport, 3PL, or a related industry. This includes responsibility for customer dialogues, needs analysis and closing new business.
Ability to understand and discuss logistics and supply chain operations, particularly warehouse-related processes such as order fulfilment and inventory management.
A consultative, structured, and proactive sales approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships and communicate value clearly.
Professional proficiency in English is required. In addition, you need professional proficiency in Swedish, another Nordic language, or German.
Experience selling complex solutions with longer sales cycles or multiple stakeholders involved in the buying process.
Experience in SaaS sales, preferably involving business-critical or operational software.
Experience selling WMS, ERP, transport management systems or other logistics-related software solutions.
Experience selling to logistics-intensive companies, 3PL providers or companies with warehouse operations.
Experience with warehouse automation.
Experience working with integrations between business-critical systems, such as WMS, ERP, e-commerce platforms, transport management systems or similar solutions.
Ongoing has grown by combining deep product knowledge, close customer relationships and a strong understanding of logistics-intensive businesses. In this role, you will help us identify the right customers, sharpen how we explain our value, and build more scalable ways of reaching new markets.
