We’re looking for an experienced, relationship‑driven Account Manager to take over a well‑established region in southern Sweden. One of our most valued colleagues is retiring, and we’re searching for the right successor to continue developing the strong customer partnerships he built over many years.
If you know the concrete world— prefabricated concrete, ready‑mix concrete, construction materials and systems - construction processes, key players, and competitive landscape—and you enjoy being the trusted technical advisor customers rely on, this role will feel like home.
You will become the primary point of contact for our customers in southern Sweden, many of whom have worked with us for decades. Your mission is to strengthen these relationships, support them with technical expertise, and identify opportunities that help both their business and ours grow.
This is not a “push sales” job. It’s a role for someone who understands the industry, speaks the customer’s language, and knows how to turn trust into long‑term collaboration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with concrete producers, prefab manufacturers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the region
Provide technical advisory on our solutions, products, and applications—helping customers optimize performance, quality, and efficiency
Identify growth opportunities through close dialogue, site visits, and understanding customer needs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Collaborate with our technical, R&D, and commercial teams to deliver the best possible customer experience
Ensure a smooth transition from our retiring colleague, inheriting a well‑established customer base with great potential
Solid experience in the concrete industry (prefabricated concrete, ready‑mix concrete, construction materials, or related fields)
Strong technical understanding of concrete applications and production processes
A well‑developed network within the industry—or the ability to build one quickly
A natural talent for relationship building, communication, and trust‑based selling
Curiosity, initiative, and the drive to help customers succeed
Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team
A respected brand with long‑standing customer relationships
