Requirements

• BMC HelixGPT Engineer to join the AI & Data team and contribute to the BWSFE – ADM Production project for a leading telecommunications and digital services organisation.
  
  


• The role focuses on implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities within the BMC Helix platform to enhance IT service management and operational processes.
  
  


• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and intelligent workflows using BMC HelixGPT.
  
  


• Integrate knowledge bases, operational data sources, and enterprise systems to support AI-driven use cases.
  
  


• Implement GenAI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG capabilities within the BMC Helix ecosystem.
  
  


• Enable and support ServiceNow integrations with BMC Helix solutions.
  
  


• Develop AI-driven capabilities for incident analysis, root-cause insights, and operational automation.
  
  


• Support ITSM and ITOM workflows, including Incident and Change Management.
  
  


• Configure and optimize AI solutions using LLMs and enterprise data sources.
  
  


• Contribute to AI governance, security, and responsible adoption of AI within enterprise environments.
  
  


• Hands-on experience with BMC HelixGPT.
  
  


• Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM/ITOM.
  
  


• Practical experience implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
  
  


• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and RAG.
  
  


• Experience with ServiceNow integration.
  
  


• Strong knowledge of Incident and Change Management processes.
  
  


• Understanding of LLMs and AI-driven enterprise automation.
  
  


• Experience with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.
  
  


• Experience designing and implementing AI agents in enterprise environments.
  
  


• Knowledge of integrating AI solutions with operational and knowledge-management platforms.
  
  


• Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
