Your mission as Area Sales Manager
You will take ownership of MASCOT’s growth in Sweden by identifying, approaching, and winning new end-user customers, always in close collaboration with our distributor network.
You create demand, build pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term business. From first contact to implementation, you drive the process and handing over strong, qualified customers to our distributors for ongoing partnership.
What you will do
You will spend most of your time in the field, close to customers and opportunities. Sales cycles can be complex, your ability to think strategically and stay persistent is key.
