Your Job

We are looking for a Marketing Activation Manager & Business Support to join our Nordic Veterinary Channel team at Purina PetCare. This is a fixed-term position covering a parental leave and offers a unique opportunity to gain broad Nordic experience within marketing activation, business support, and veterinary channel development at one of the world's leading consumer goods companies. You can be based either at our Copenhagen headquarters or in our Stockholm office, and you will report to the Nordic Head of Veterinary Channel.

In this role, you will help bring our veterinary channel strategy to life by coordinating activations, creating POS materials, and providing day-to-day business support. You will work closely with veterinary clinics and hospitals across the Nordics, including our key partner IVC Evidensia, to strengthen Purina's visibility, reputation, and recommendation within the veterinary community.

You will join a small team with a broad scope, collaborating closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners. The role covers all Nordic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland), and some travel can therefore be expected.

A key part of your work will be helping to build strong advocacy and long-term trust in the Purina brand among veterinary professionals, which is central to our long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales planning process for the veterinary channel.


• Develop activation tactics together with brand and commercial teams.


• Execute brand activations and create POS materials for both offline and online use.


• Plan, coordinate, and execute local webinars and events for veterinary partners.


• Administer and track the veterinary channel budget in alignment with the Nordic Head of Veterinary Channel.


• Provide daily business support, including analysis, campaign follow-up, reporting, and sales administration.

We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you bring a mix of practical experience, collaboration skills, and a positive way of working. We imagine that you:

• Have a relevant educational background.


• Bring experience from marketing activation and/or business support.


• Communicate fluently in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) 


• Feel confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with InDesign is a plus.


• Communicate clearly and work well with others, contributing to teamwork and knowledge sharing.


• Bring a commercial mindset and an understanding of the Nordic market, including differences across countries.


• Work in a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way with a natural can-do attitude.


• Experience from the pet food or veterinary industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
