Become a Mentor for early startups

As a mentor, you will play an important role in supporting founders and their teams by sharing experience, insights and network.

What the role involves

• Providing strategic guidance on product, market and growth strategy

• Offering practical feedback on business models, operations and team development

• Coaching founders and leadership teams through key milestones

• Opening doors to networks, partners and potential customers or investors
  

• Have hands-on experience scaling teams, products or businesses in relevant industries (deeptech, medtech, life science, B2B SaaS or similar)

• Can offer practical, actionable advice and are comfortable working in uncertain, fast-moving environments

• Are willing to commit time to regular check-ins, ad-hoc support and occasional workshops or pitch sessions

• Bring a network of contacts that can help founders with partnerships, customers, recruitment or funding
  

• A curated match between mentors and startups based on needs and expertise

• Access to the LEAD community, coaching resources and peer mentors

• Opportunities to join mentor sessions, demo days and network events

• Clear expectations and support from the LEAD team to make mentoring effective
