Your role

As a Bid Manager, you will manage the price calculations and bidding process for our project. The role combines commercial thinking, structured calculations and close collaboration with stakeholders across Saab.

Your main tasks include:

• Development of proposals that meet customer expectations and enhance win probability and profitability.
• Lead a project team to be able to offer customer bids and manage internal stakeholders hereto
• Conducting thorough calculations and budget analyses to ensure accurate project estimations and business decisions
• Manage and interact with important Stakeholders

Travel within Sweden can be expected on a regular monthly basis. International travel may also occur.

A good understanding of Saab’s way of working , tools, products and organization is considered a strong advantage.

To succeed in this role, you likely bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as finance, project management or equivalent
• Documented working experience in relevant field
• An interest in and understanding of numbers, calculations and risk management
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
