Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM development.
  
  
  


• Expert-level certification in BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM.
  
  
  


• Strong expertise in BMC platform upgrades, migrations, and quarterly release management.
  
  
  


• Expert-level experience in API development and integration modernization.
  
  
  


• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native environments.
  
  
  


• Experience designing and maintaining CMDB data models, service mapping, and discovery patterns.
  
  
  


• Develop, configure, and maintain BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM solutions.
  
  
  


• Lead platform upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  
  
  


• Design and implement API-based integrations.
  
  
  


• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation.
  
  
  


• Support containerized deployments and operational excellence.
