Job title: Brand Manager Nordics and Benelux


 


Location: Malmö, Sweden / Hybrid (3 days per week at the office)


 


Type: Fixed Term Contract 13months (maternity cover)

Your key responsibilities:



  • Media, Assets & Content: Own the management of media and product assets, ensuring a structured, up-to-date asset bank aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Vendors & Budgets: Manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders and support monthly media budget planning, tracking and optimisation.

  • Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse media and social campaign performance, turning insights into clear optimisation actions.

  • Content Localisation & Creation: Localise global content for Nordics and Benelux and create local digital assets for owned and earned channels.

  • Social Media: Manage social media channels end-to-end, including content creation, publishing, reporting and performance insights.

  • Sales & Commercial Support: Deliver timely content and assets to support sales campaigns, promotions and product launches.

  • Creative & Agency Collaboration: Brief and work with internal and external creative partners to deliver campaign and advertising assets.

  • Packaging & Product Information: Manage local packaging artwork updates and maintain accurate product data in PIM systems.

  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Drive marketing projects forward and collaborate closely with central and cross-functional teams.

  • Brand & Strategy Support: Support the Head of Marketing in executing brand and product strategies and preparing stakeholder updates.


 


What we are looking for:



  • 2–3 years of experience in a commercial organisation, preferably within marketing, media, administration, or a related role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a comparable field.

  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A collaborative team player who is motivated by shared success.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and momentum.

  • Curious and proactive mindset, with a strong interest in emerging marketing techniques, digital trends, and social media developments.

  • Hands-on experience creating and editing content using digital and media tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) is an advantage.

  • Experience within FMCG is desirable but not essential.


 


We are a Northern European entity based in Malmö with people from different walks of life; we want you to be fluent in at least one Scandinavian language as well as English, both written and oral. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is beneficial.
