We are recruiting a new CEO for a Swedish clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing first-in-class therapies targeting metabolic disease, one of the most competitive and commercially attractive arenas in global pharma today.

The company has completed Phase I with highly promising results, leveraging a unique and scientifically validated mechanism of action. It is now preparing for Phase II and structured partnering discussions with global pharma as well as financing discussions with potential investors.

With strong backing from a specialized Swedish venture capital firm focused on life sciences, and led by an experienced scientific team, the company is exceptionally well positioned for its next phase.

We are looking for a CEO who combines deep medical and scientific understanding (preferably PhD or MD) with strategic business acumen, strong partnering experience, and a track record of leadership in the life science sector.
