Client Support Representative

About the Role

As part of the Abion team, you’ll collaborate with our international network of IP professionals, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients.

As a Client Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for clients contacting the Help Desk, provide professional and timely support across a wide range of inquiries, and coordinate internally to ensure efficient resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional, service-oriented, and timely manner.
  

• Manage cases from initial contact through resolution, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and appropriate follow-up.
  

• Ticket Management and Service Delivery. Manage and track multiple open tickets at different stages of completion, while maintaining high quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent customer experience.
  

• Customer Data and Administrative Accuracy. Maintain the internal client data registry in Abion Core and related systems, ensuring that customer, ownership, product, and invoicing information is accurate and up to date. Ensure that products and services are assigned correctly to the appropriate owners.
  

• Ensure that matters are handled efficiently and with the appropriate level of urgency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Excellent problem-solving
• Strong customer focus and a service-minded approach gathered from at least 2 years experience of Customer support roles.
• Ability to work with IT- and IP-related products
• A huge advantage if you have previous experience within Domains/Websec Services
