The role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy profile with a strong commercial drive that believes, like we do, that businesses grow stronger when decisions are grounded in data and tested through experimentation, not guesswork. That conviction is what drives everything we do, helping clients increase sales, build better products, and validate new ideas using data, experimentation and AI.

You're someone who comes from the data or tech world but is just as comfortable leading a sales meeting as shaping a solution. You own the full journey from first client contact to closed deal, and you see technical expertise as a competitive advantage in commercial conversations, not just in delivery.

You understand how emerging technologies, especially AI, can create measurable business impact. Not just by using AI yourself, but by identifying how it can drive efficiency, smarter decision-making, and improved outcomes for our clients.

The role combines client delivery with commercial responsibility. Depending on context, you might be deeply embedded in a client engagement or focused on driving new business and farming opportunities. The balance will vary based on business needs and your strengths.

What you will do

• Take on client engagements within data-driven decision-making to drive conversion optimization, product development and strategic business decisions.

• Be an active, chargeable contributor in client engagements, not only responsible for selling or overseeing the work

• Own the full commercial cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closing

• Identify and develop business opportunities within existing client relationships and new accounts

• Spot opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can improve efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes for clients

• Bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and client decision-makers

• Collaborate with colleagues across Conversionista and the wider Eidra group to deliver end-to-end solutions

Who we're looking for

You have a background in data, tech, and/or digital product development and over time you've realized you're just as energized by the business dialogue as by the delivery. You understand how experimentation platforms, data infrastructure, AI capabilities, and product development fit together, and you can translate that into commercial value for our clients.

You likely have:

• A university degree in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar senior role within a consulting firm or agency

• Experience in experimentation, data-driven optimization, digital product development, or adjacent tech domains

• A strong ability to build relationships and drive business dialogues through to decision and impact

• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within ongoing client work

• An understanding of how AI can drive efficiency, scalability, and improved outcomes for clients

• Experience from a consulting and/or agency environment

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

This role is based at our Stockholm office, and we expect you to work on-site as part of our team culture.
