Consultant Automotive Project Manager

Job Description:

We are System Complete, a newly established function within Electromobility, comprising over 300 engineers. We are transitioning from an agile SAFe setup to a classic project management model. During this transformation, we require additional support in our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Governance Support: Assist the VP of System Complete in managing a weekly governance forum called Technical, which includes participation from senior management. Responsibilities include securing an agenda, preparing qualified materials in a timely manner, and documenting detailed technical meeting minutes for distribution to the Electromobility team (900+ persons).


• 
  Financial Processes: Collaborate with the VP to establish financial processes and encourage group managers to maintain updated budgets. This involves utilizing financial tools like Score and PowerBI to ensure that headcount (HC) and budget remain under control.


• 
  Strategic Alignment: Support the development of a strategy that aligns with our investment plans. The function is responsible for verifying the batteries and all components within the Electromobility system. Assist in bridging the gap between the strategy/product roadmap and the investment plan, which has extensive investment requirements (~1000MSEK).


• 
  Workforce Planning: Drive the creation of a workforce plan that ensures we deliver on our electromobility roadmap.


• 
  Leadership Meetings: Aid in organizing and streamlining Leadership meetings.


• 
  Change Project Leadership: Lead several small change projects arising from the shift in operating models.

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: Proven experience in project management, ideally in an engineering or automotive environment.
