Description:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in HR systems transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, capable of actively leading architectural work while being self-motivated. You will be responsible for leading four major transformation programs in the HR domain and managing a team of 4-5 solution architects and data architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture initiatives for HR systems transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals


• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps that support transformation objectives


• Direct a team of solution architects and data architects, providing guidance and support


• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster collaboration


• Actively share knowledge, provide advice, and drive initiatives with stakeholders

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience in defining architectures and developing roadmaps within the enterprise architecture framework


• Strong understanding of SAP implementations, particularly in the HR domain, including familiarity with SuccessFactors, Legion, and UKG


• Ability to analyze needs and translate them into actionable roadmaps, understanding the connections and impacts of various activities

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences


• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
