Contracts Manager

Wood is looking for a Contracts Manager on a Fixed Term Contract basis, to work on our project site in Sweden. You will be responsible for preparing contract documents and arrange for execution during Pre - awards including but not limited to involving in conducting evaluation / clarification meetings with Contractors

Responsibilities:

• Preparing contract documents and arrange for execution during Pre - awards including but not limited to involving in conducting evaluation / clarification meetings with Contractors
• Prequalification of Contractors, Forwarding of Techno Commercial Bid Evaluation reports and Commercial Bid evaluation / award recommendation reports
• Preparing Schedule of Construction Contracts
• Exposure to quantity take offs for various disciplines viz Civil & Structural, Piping & E&I Works is desirable

• Should be a Civil / Mechanical / Electrical engineer with extensive experience in Sub - contracts and Quantity surveying works for Refineries, Oil and Gas industries, like Pre - FEED and FEED projects
• Knowledge of FIDIC terms and conditions
• Previous experience of working on a refinery project preferred
• Communication and Co - ordination skills
• Good Computer skills
