About the role

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Supply Chain organization. The role is a long-term temporary position, with the possibility of continuation. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process and an excellent customer experience.

As Customer Operations Specialist, you will represent the customer internally and make sure customer needs are handled through proactive communication, accurate order management and strong cross-functional collaboration. The position is a key link between customers, sales, supply chain, warehouse operations and logistics partners.

The position can be based in either our Stockholm or Gothenburg office.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage the full order-to-delivery process, from order entry to delivery, using ERP systems.

• Act as the primary operational contact for customers and build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.

• Handle customer documentation such as order confirmations, certificates of analysis and customer-specific instructions.

• Maintain customer manuals, master data and operational guidelines.

• Resolve order-related issues and customer complaints in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Provide indoor sales support for selected customers, including pricing, quotations and coordination using tools such as HubSpot.

• Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse operations, logistics partners and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

• Track customer service performance, identify improvement opportunities and share customer insights to support demand planning.

• Contribute actively to customer satisfaction, loyalty and continuous improvement of service quality.

What we are looking for

We believe you are structured, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong customer focus and a service-minded approach. You enjoy working with others, communicate clearly and take ownership of your responsibilities. Swedish and English language requirements at C2 level.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• Relevant education, such as a university bachelor’s degree or vocational training.

• Experience in customer service, order management or supply chain.

• A good understanding of customer operations and order-to-cash processes in a supply chain environment.

• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably M3.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as HubSpot and/or PowerBI.

• Knowledge of logistics and delivery processes in cooperation with warehouses and transport partners.

• Experience with customer documentation, data management and service performance follow-up.

• Good Excel skills and basic reporting capabilities.

Collaboration

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HSEQ and IT. Externally, you will interact with customers, logistics partners and service providers to support efficient end-to-end operations from suppliers to customers.
