What you'll be doing
Act as the key operational link between customers, customer service, sales, planning teams, and logistics partners across the Nordics
Manage customer supply performance and support smooth order fulfillment, stock availability, and service excellence
Build strong relationships with customers and external logistics partners (3PLs), ensuring high service levels and KPI delivery
Analyze sales, forecast, inventory, and service data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements
Support forecasting and S&OP processes together with cross-functional stakeholders
Drive inventory management, product lifecycle activities, and stock clearance initiatives
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, availability, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience within Supply Chain, Customer Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience working with KPIs, inventory management, forecasting, or S&OP processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions and drive operational improvements
Professional communication skills in English; Swedish is considered an advantage
Experience from FMCG, Consumer Health, Retail, Consumer Goods, or another fast-paced environment is highly valued
A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership, build strong stakeholder relationships, and navigate changing priorities effectively
