Data Compliance Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead/Coordinator to oversee and drive data compliance initiatives for our Automotive clients  Electrical Architecture Platform, which provides a foundational architecture for automation, electromobility, connectivity, and service evolution in our future products. This role is pivotal within their Data Governance & Analytics Department, which is dedicated to maintaining quality and compliance, enhancing data availability, and promoting ease of use. Leveraging digital technologies, including analytics and AI, we aim to meet evolving customer needs and accelerate R&D advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Compliance Leadership: Define and manage the scope, assumptions, planning, resource requirements, and budget to meet compliance objectives within the platform.


• 
  Performance Oversight: Ensure that project objectives and user needs are met in a timely, cost-effective, and high-quality manner.


• 
  Business Analysis: Conduct requirement assessments, perform gap analyses, and structure project documentation.


• 
  Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate and lead meetings with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and managing conflicting demands.


• 
  Documentation & Reporting: Organize and manage comprehensive project documentation and reporting, maintaining clarity and accessibility for team members.

Ideal Profile:
We’re looking for a candidate with a proven background in data privacy, data sharing, vehicle data, and IT systems within complex, global product development organizations. You should be comfortable working with high levels of ambiguity, adept at visualizing practical and robust solutions, and possess a strong record of successful change management initiatives. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels and the ability to effectively navigate a complex corporate environment.
