DevOps, Experienced Team Lead ref 88441

We are looking for an
experienced Senior DevOps Engineer for an assignment with a IR camera
manufacturer in Arninge/Stockholm.

The DevOps team
consists of three engineers whose primary responsibility is to develop,
maintain, and evolve the software production environment, including tools,
infrastructure, and automation systems. The software development spans both
Linux and Android platforms.

The camera software
organization support many teams today i.e. Embedded OS, Embedded Application,
SDK, FPGA, Production SW. The teams work closely together, and project teams
typically include members from multiple disciplines. As a DevOps Engineer, you will
collaborate with these development teams as well as other organizations that
require support for software production environments. You will also work
closely with the global IT organization.

In addition to
hands-on DevOps engineering work, this assignment includes acting as Team Lead
for the DevOps team.

The Team Lead role
includes:

• Planning, prioritizing, and driving
  the team's activities.
  
• Coordinating work across multiple
  stakeholders.
  
• Supporting strategic development of
  the DevOps function.
  
• Ensuring operational stability and
  continuous improvement of internal systems and services.
  
• Leading initiatives related to
  automation, infrastructure, and software delivery processes.
  

The DevOps team also
carries significant responsibility for the operation and maintenance of several
internally managed systems and services.

The team actively
utilizes AI-assisted tools in daily development work. Therefore, it is required
that the candidate has practical experience using AI tools and solutions as
part of everyday engineering activities and can take an active role in driving
the adoption of AI-enabled development practices.

This work place is
co-located with a security restricted unit. Security clearance will be required
prior to contract.

Competence/Experience – Mandatory

• Experience from administration and
  support of Linux clients and servers in a software development
  environment.
  
• Python scripting and automation.
  
• Development and support of cloud-based
  services and applications (AWS and/or Azure).
  
• Demonstrated experience with
  Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment/Delivery (CD)
  methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  
• Practical experience from AI-assisted
  tools and solutions
  
• Experience from supporting OS
  environments in Linux and Android
  
• Integration and automation through
  REST APIs for platforms such as:
  
• Bitbucket
  
• Jenkins
  
• Artifactory
  
• GitLab
  
• JIRA
  
• Experience from working with
  open-source tools and systems such as FreeIPA and Ansible
  
• Experience from working with monitoring
  systems
  
• Documentation of systems, processes,
  configurations, and operational procedures.
  
• Strong understanding of IP networking
  concepts and basic network troubleshooting.
  
• Experience working with ticketing and
  issue management systems.

• Experience from administration
  and support of macOS clients in a
  software development environment.
