About the Team
You will join Volvo Trucks Digital Management, the organization responsible for end-to-end digital product management, architecture, and digital investments that accelerate business value creation across Volvo Trucks.

Within the organization, you will be part of the Digital Products Marketing, CRM & Truck Sales digital product team and report to the Director of the function.

About the Role
As Digital Product Manager CRM, you will own the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Volvo Trucks' CRM capabilities.
Working closely with business leaders, users, architects, and development teams, you will identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and ensure our CRM products create value for customers, sales organizations, and the business.
You will be a key driver of digital transformation, helping Volvo Trucks strengthen customer relationships and improve commercial performance through modern CRM capabilities. 

What You'll Do
Set the Direction

• Define and drive the CRM digital products vision, strategy, and roadmap.


• Identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance.


• Drive product prioritization based on business value, customer needs, data and measurable outcomes.

Deliver Measurable Business Value

• Measure and realize product value through outcomes and OKRs.


• Use customer insights, analytics, and feedback to guide product decisions.


• Ensure digital products deliver exceptional user experiences and tangible business benefits.

Lead Through Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, CRM specialists, Digital teams and external partners.


• Build strong relationships, create engagement and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across business and technology stakeholders.

Drive Continous Improvement

• Explore new opportunities through data, innovation, and emerging technologies.


• Leverage Salesforce capabilities, data, and emerging technologies to create value.


• Support successful releases, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• A clear CRM digital product strategy and roadmap is established and aligned with business priorities.


• Stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams are engaged and working toward shared goals.


• Key CRM initiatives are successfully delivered with measurable business impact.


• Product decisions are driven by customer insights, data, and outcome metrics.


• CRM adoption and business confidence in the product continue to grow.


• Salesforce capabilities are leveraged more effectively to support customer engagement and commercial excellence.

Who You Are
You are a strategic thinker with a strong customer mindset and a passion for turning business ambitions into digital solutions.
You thrive in environments where you can influence, collaborate, and lead transformation. You are equally comfortable discussing customer experience strategies with business leaders as you are working closely with development teams to define priorities and outcomes.

We Believe You Bring

• Proven experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of agile product development and modern product management practices.


• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders at different levels.


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decision-making.


• Experience working with OKRs and value-based product management


• Experience within CRM, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Experience.


• Knowledge of commercial processes and customer lifecycle management.


• Experience working with digital platforms, such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud) and Medallia.
