Director, Workforce & Organization

Your profile

• 8-12+ years of experience, ideally within management consulting or a comparable advisory environment, with a strong track record delivering workforce, organization, transformation, or people-related engagements for large and complex organizations.


• Strong commercial acumen, with experience identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, leading pursuits, and contributing to business growth.


• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including leading multidisciplinary teams, coaching and developing colleagues, and creating high-performing project environments.


• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior leaders.
  Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, spoken and written.


• Strong academic background, with a Master's degree preferred in business administration, organizational psychology, HR, engineering, economics, or a related discipline

Note: Valid Swedish work permit is required.

Need to know

Location In line with our trust based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in our attractively located Stockholm or Gothenburg office, ready to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.
