Job Purpose

To ensure that engineering processes, products, and systems meet defined quality standards through systematic testing, inspection, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Quality Assurance - Coordinated with QA section heads

• Develop and implement quality assurance systems and procedures to prevent defects and ensure consistent quality.


• Ensure organizational processes comply with standards such as ISO 9001.


• Conduct process audits (jointly) to verify adherence to procedures rather than inspecting finished products.


• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance product/service reliability.

Health & Safety - Coordinated with the safety section head

• Develop, maintain, and enforce occupational health and safety procedures.


• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.


• Promote a safety-first culture across the organization.

Environmental Management – Coordinated with the Environmental supervisor

• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and standards


• Assess environmental risks, implement control measures, and reduce negative impacts.


• Conduct environmental audits and prepare reports for regulatory authorities.


• Support sustainability initiatives and environmental awareness programs.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain QA, HSE, and environmental records.
  
  
  • Prepare management reports, audit findings, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) plans.
  
  
  • Track KPIs for quality assurance, safety, and environmental performance.
  
  
  
  

Education

Experience

• Minimum four years of experience in quality assurance

Language

• 
  

  Fluency in Arabic and English.
