We are now looking for a commercially driven and business-oriented Head of Sales to lead and scale the
Access Management offering at
Pointsharp.In this role, you will report to the CSO and take full ownership of driving growth, shaping the commercial strategy, and leading the sales organization within Access Management. It’s a central part of Pointsharp’s IAM portfolio and a key component of the company’s future growth journey. Examples of some of your missions will be to strengthen the commercial approach, increase scalability and accelerate growth.
Leading an established international sales team, you will work closely with product, delivery, and partners to create alignment and drive the business forward.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic direction with hands-on execution and who wants to build, not just manage.
Desired location is Stockholm, with the ability to travel within Europe.
