Head of ERP & Manufacturing Systems

Wellspect Healthcare, part of Dentsply Sirona, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, ERP & Manufacturing Application Systems to lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of our enterprise applications landscape.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will own the roadmap for Infor M3 ERP and manufacturing technologies that support our global operations. You will partner with business leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to drive digital transformation, optimize critical business processes, and deliver innovative technology solutions that enable growth.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the ERP and Manufacturing Applications strategy and roadmap.


• Serve as the global IT owner of the Infor M3 ecosystem and related manufacturing platforms.


• Lead modernization initiatives, system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation programs.


• Partner with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions.


• Drive operational excellence through secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise applications.


• Lead and develop a team of application specialists, analysts, administrators, and external partners.


• Manage strategic vendor relationships, technology investments, and application governance.


• Champion automation, continuous improvement, and innovative manufacturing technologies.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strategic technology leader who combines deep ERP expertise with strong business acumen and people leadership.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and ERP environments.


• 5+ years of leadership experience managing application teams or enterprise technology functions.


• Strong hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP.


• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and finance operations.


• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.


• Experience working with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or other regulated environments.


• Knowledge of MES, WMS, PLM, QMS, or related manufacturing technologies.


• Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies.


• Understanding of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing strategies.
