The Opportunity

As Head of Operations, you'll own both the daily engine and the long -term architecture. That means hands -on involvement in live cases, partner coordination, and installer support — while simultaneously developing the processes, pricing models, and frameworks that will carry this business through its next stage of growth.

It's a rare combination: genuine autonomy, real impact, and proximity to decision -making from day one. You'll lead a small operations team, collaborate closely with Product, and become the in -house expert that partners, installers, and customers all rely on.

Based in Stockholm, hybrid working.

What You'll Do

Oversee operational delivery across EV charging, battery storage, and maintenance — ensuring every project runs on time, on spec, and to a high standard for customers, partners, and installer networks alike.

Act as second -line support for complex cases, keeping resolution fast and quality consistent.

Build and scale the operational systems, routines, and workflows that support growth — not just for now, but for where this business is going.

Lead and develop a small but growing operations team.

Design and refine pricing models across installation types, grounded in data and commercial reality.

Collaborate with Product to improve platform workflows and identify where automation and AI can drive real efficiency gains.

Represent the company with strategic partners — building trust, solving problems, and deepening those relationships over time.

What You Bring

Strong academic background in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

1–4 years in operations, logistics, consulting, or project management — ideally in tech or a scale -up environment.

Structured thinking and entrepreneurial instincts — you don't wait to be told what needs fixing.

Data -driven approach to process improvement and decision -making.

Genuine curiosity about EV charger and battery technology — you want to become the expert, not just manage around it.

A track record of top performance, whether in work, study, or other pursuits.

Fluent in both Swedish and English.
