Your Mission at Sitoo

At Sitoo, we are shaping the future of global retail with our cutting-edge POS and unified commerce platform. Your mission is to drive partner-sourced revenue growth and build a thriving ecosystem across the UK and Nordics. This is a true "Player-Coach" role where you will exceed individual partnership KPIs while leading and mentoring a team of Partner Managers. Acting as a highly visible ambassador, you will take a proactive, field-forward approach to networking, turning strategic relationships with System Integrators (SIs), digital agencies, and tech vendors into a high-powered, mutual revenue engine.

What you will do

• Guide the Partner Management team through their day-to-day challenges, running weekly 1:1s, coaching new hires, and fostering a high-energy, collaborative environment.

• Drive the team toward exceeding quarterly and annual partner KPIs, maintaining a strict focus on generating qualified referrals and closing partner-sourced business.

• Pursue field-based networking opportunities actively, serving as a prominent, natural connector at industry events, partner QBRs, and retail tech gatherings.

• Translate global partnership strategies into actionable, local go-to-market tactics tailored specifically for the UK and Nordic retail landscapes.

• Oversee regional partner pipeline health, leading rigorous reviews and championing best practices for partner enablement and joint lead generation.

• Maintain an active, influential social media presence as a global thought leader for Sitoo partnerships.

What you’ll bring to the table

• A proven track record of exceeding partnership, channel, or indirect sales KPIs, specifically regarding referrals and partner-sourced revenue in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, thriving as a natural connector in a highly interactive, field-based environment.

• Deep understanding of the retail technology ecosystem in the UK and Nordics, backed by established relationships with agencies, SIs, and complementary tech vendors.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to motivate external partners, align joint strategies, and negotiate win-win alliances.

• The ability to seamlessly balance your own individual field-networking targets with the demands of empathetic, effective team leadership.

• Demonstrated international or global experience is highly advantageous, bringing a broader perspective to cross-border partnerships and expansion strategies.
