Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a pragmatic, high-energy, self-driven, and proactive person who takes initiative and enjoys helping wherever needed.

This is a junior, part-time role (50%) covering several areas of the business. Structure, reliability, and ownership are key.

A high school diploma (gymnasieexamen) is required, and experience from a service-oriented role is a plus. A long CV is not important to us. We value drive, responsibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make things run smoothly.

There is also potential to increase the role over time as the business grows.

Responsibilities

Keep the office running smoothly by:

• Managing deliveries, food, snacks, and office supplies.

• Coordinating post and couriers.

• Managing relationships with key vendors, including our landlord and cleaning firm.

• Making sure the office is welcoming and professional for visitors.

• Supporting events and activities that build culture and engagement.

• Coordinating travel, accommodation, schedules, and bookings.

• Handling expenses, receipts, and office-related invoices.

Requirements

• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• People-oriented with a positive, welcoming attitude.

• Self-driven and able to take ownership from start to finish.

• Experience supporting events is a plus.

• Comfortable helping with summer gatherings, including pizza, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen activities.

• Confident using Google Workspace for everyday administration.

• Able to create professional and visually appealing documents.

• Fluent in written and spoken English; good Swedish required.

• Professional and trustworthy when handling confidential information.

Details

Office location: Lindetorpsvägen 25, 121 63 Johanneshov, Stockholm

This is a fully office-based position. Working from the office is a requirement for this role, and the position does not include the option to work from home.
