Junior Sales Controller, Nestlé Sweden

We're looking for a Junior Sales Controller to join our Nordic Sales Controlling team in Helsingborg. This opportunity has opened up because one of our team members has progressed into a new role internally – a great example of the development opportunities available at Nestlé.

In this role, you'll work closely with both Finance and Sales, turning data into insights that support better business decisions and profitable growth. You'll gain broad exposure across the organization, build a strong professional network, and develop your skills in a fast-paced international environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly forecasts and financial reporting


• Support business cases and commercial decision-making


• Maintain pricing frameworks and support profitability analyses


• Evaluate promotions and trade spend investments


• Deliver reporting to internal stakeholders and headquarters


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working


• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordic Sales Controlling team

Who you are

• A university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar


• Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

  Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  
  


• A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo

Experience with SAP, BW and/or Power BI is an advantage but not a requirement.
