Key Customer Coordinator


 


We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused professional to support key customers and key tenders by ensuring product and customer data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This role is all about making things happen day to day, helping the sales and product management teams respond quickly, maintain quality, and keep critical customer requests moving.

What you will do


 



  • Support the sales and product management teams on defined key customers and key tenders with product creation and data gathering.

  • Stay up to date on key customer and tender needs, including critical product creation, replacement activity, and supplier data requests.

  • Help ensure timely and high-quality product and customer creation for defined key customers.

  • Support tender work by helping Product Managers with follow-up, samples, datasheets, and key data points required in tender submissions.

  • Create datasheets for new products with mandatory data and maintain datasheets for existing assortment products.

  • Handle communication and execution of product replacements in close collaboration with Customer Service.

  • Collect and create product data sheets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

  • Prepare a well-structured weekly overview for Sales and Product Management with visibility on product creation, customer creation, and key customer data requests.

  • Act in a hands-on operational way to solve product, customer, and data requests quickly and with quality, while supporting clear customer communication via Field Sales or Key Account Managers.


 


What you bring


 



  • Experience working across sales and product-related activities in an operational support role.

  • Strong ability to gather, structure, and maintain product information and mandatory data accurately.

  • A practical, execution-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Comfort working across product management, sales, customer service, tender, planning, and master data stakeholders.

  • A disciplined and organized way of working, with focus on speed, quality, and customer impact.

  • Fluent in English and Swedish languages.
