Management Associate

Riverty is at the forefront of fintech innovation, offering human-centric financial solutions across Europe. We are now looking for a driven and curious Management Associate to work closely with the Country Lead of Sweden & Finland and the local management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad insight into strategy execution, leadership, and business development within a leading financial services provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Directly support the Country Lead in day-to-day business activities, acting as a trusted partner in operational and strategic matters.


• Management Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and follow up on management meetings, including agendas, invitations, presentations, and documentation.


• Strategic Projects: Participate in and gradually take ownership of strategically important business development projects in a Nordic and European context.


• Decision Support: Prepare data-driven analyses and decision-making recommendations for top management.


• Communication Support: Support management communication plans, ensuring clarity, structure, and timely execution across the organization.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the local management team and relevant stakeholders across markets and functions.

Who are you?

• You are at the beginning of your professional career and are currently completing, or have recently completed, your academic education.


• A driven and curious professional with a positive and humble mindset.


• You have a can-do mentality, are willing to go the extra mile, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex topics into clear insights.


• You communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.


• A pragmatic multitasker with a strong sense of prioritization.


• A bold team player who dares to speak up, while actively listening to others.

Your Experience:

• A higher degree in economics or a comparable field.


• Relevant hands-on experience, preferably through internships or consulting within related industries.


• International experience from studies and/or internships abroad.


• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
