Marketing and Communications Specialist

The role

Atlas Copco Power Technique Nordic is the Nordic sales and service organization for Atlas Copco's Power Technique business. We are responsible for sales, marketing, service, and customer development across the Nordic region, working closely with our factories and global product companies to bring innovative solutions to market and create value for our customers. 

As our next Marketing and Communications Specialist based in Stockholm, you will play a vital role in driving our regional marketing and communication strategies within the Nordic region. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping how we present our high-quality products and solutions to customers and stakeholders, contributing significantly to our business growth and brand presence.

Key Responsabilities

Design and implement marketing and communication plans

• Develop strategic marketing initiatives that align with company goals and market trends across the Nordic region.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies and business development projects.

Manage digital marketing and enhance customer engagement

• Oversee the operation of websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.


• Utilize data-driven approaches to generate leads and deepen customer relationships.

Lead CRM and customer insight efforts

• Champion CRM best practices within the region and utilize insights to drive sales effectiveness and informed business decisions.


• Analyze and interpret customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer experience.

Coordinate events and product rollouts

• Plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and customer engagement events ensuring consistent branding and impactful experiences.

Create and curate marketing content

• Produce compelling materials including newsletters, brochures, case studies, and promotional content to support branding and marketing objectives.


• Maintain and update marketing assets and digital channels to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Foster internal communication and collaboration

• Work closely with HR, sales, product specialists, and factory marketing teams to align communication efforts and promote company values.


• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational alignment in the region.

Your skills and experience

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.


• At least five years of hands-on experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within a B2B environment.


• Proven track record in collaborating effectively with sales teams to drive commercial success.


• Experience in planning and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively.


• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and gather actionable business insights.


• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, lead generation, and marketing analytics.


• Highly skilled in project management with the ability to lead initiatives independently from conception to completion.


• Excellent communication abilities in both Swedish and English, with a talent for crafting clear, persuasive messages.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, AEM, Orlo, or Cision is a plus.
