As Marketing Manager for the leading supplier of high-quality hair cosmetics you are a high energized person with a go to attitude and a commercial and analytical mindset. You will be responsible for building the brand’s long-term marketing strategy in the Nordic region. You will be leading the brand execution together with the trade marketing and key stakeholders as well as the global subsidiary marketing team. You deliver seamless campaigns and internal presentations. Ownership of hosting sales conferences and events. Adapt the global marketing strategy towards the local market as well as support the global digital team. You will report to the General Manager and have tight communication with the global marketing team. The position is based at the Nordic HQ in Stockholm and occasional travel is required into the Nordics and global HQ in the Netherlands.

MISSION

· Develop brand awareness strategy at B2B (Professional/Hairdresser) and B2C (Consumer) level with defined objectives and integrated action plans.

· Manage the brand budget in collaboration with the General Manager, unit forecast, pricing strategy, brand profitability... etc).

· Be responsible together with the GM in the definition and execution of the brand strategy in the local market.

· Create, develop and manage the marketing team. Be responsible for the marketing expertise and help the rest of the team to grow and evolve.

· Work hand in hand with the Education and Commercial teams to ensure the alignment and execution of the brand strategy in the rest of the departments.

· Lead brand launches by creating local implementation, branding and consumer engagement strategies.

· Guarantee the brand identity, as well as ensure that all actions carried out are fully aligned with the brand's core and values.

· Development of the Social Media strategy, as well as the Digital strategy with the team.

· Leading and growing the Social Media platforms, and responsible for influencer collaborations and secure a good ROI.

YOU

· Essential experience in a previous marketing role, at least 4 years.

· Hands-on mentality

· Previous team management experience.

· People, results and objectives oriented.

· High communication and influencing skills.

· Experience in sales/field experience highly valued.

· High level of English: C1-Advanced.

· Excellent leadership and commerce management skills.
