 Senior Design Engineer – CAD Development

Role Overview:
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will design, develop, and mature product models using advanced CAD tools. You’ll optimize assemblies, resolve packaging conflicts, and ensure quality and readiness for product releases. Acting as a mentor, you’ll support junior team members while driving innovation within your domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine components and assemblies in CAD, including redesigns of existing models.


• Detect, report, and resolve packaging conflicts in CAD models.


• Ensure product quality and readiness before release.


• Produce detailed technical drawings to define and verify product geometries.


• Support junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.


• Influence design processes while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.


• 5+ years of relevant experience in CAD design and product development.


• Advanced knowledge of CAD systems and geometric verification processes.


• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
