People Manager - Experience Engineering

Your role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend/Fullstack Developer who is ready to take the next step in their career. As a People Manager within our experience engineering team you will combine hands-on client delivery with leadership responsibilities, supporting and developing a team of 4–5 consultants while helping our clients build modern digital solutions.   

In this role you will play a key role in:    

• Working as a senior consultant in client assignments, designing, developing, and delivering modern digital solutions.


• Supporting, coaching, and developing a team of consultants, helping them grow professionally and succeed in their careers.


• Managing performance reviews, development discussions, and mentoring, while ensuring consultants have the skills and capabilities needed to meet client and business needs.


• Contributing to recruitment, sales activities, and the continued growth of our fullstack team.                                                                                                                         

Your Profile   

• You have at least 6 years of experience in frontend and/or fullstack development, with expertise in JavaScript, React and/or Angular, and experience working with modern web technologies, backend solutions, and APIs.


• You have experience working with Content management systems (CMS) such as Optimizely, AEM, Contentful, Sitevision or similar.


• You are passionate about AI and have experience with, or a strong interest in, AI-powered tools and technologies.


• You are motivated by leading, coaching, and inspiring others, and have experience working in consulting, digital development, or a related technology field.


• You understand customer needs in a complex and evolving digital environment and are comfortable building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.


• You have a relevant university degree, and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
