Platform Safety Analyst

TL;DR You'll be the first human eyes on incoming trust & safety claims - triaging reports, taking action, and keeping Lovable a platform the world can trust.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform operations at a consumer tech company.

• Sharp judgment under ambiguity. You can read a report, gather context, and make the right call quickly.

• Comfort with sensitive content and a steady temperament - you've worked in a queue and you know how to protect yourself while doing it.

• Operational rigor: you document decisions, spot patterns, and turn one-off cases into policy improvements.

• Strong written English and clear, empathetic communication with reporters, users, and internal teams.

• Bonus: familiarity with DSA, NCMEC reporting, or working with law enforcement requests.

What you'll do

• Triage incoming trust & safety reports across Lovable apps and the platform itself.

• Investigate, take enforcement actions (warnings, takedowns, account actions), and document every decision.

• Escalate complex or high-severity cases to T&S Experts, Legal, and Engineering with crisp summaries.

• Identify trends across cases and feed them back into policy, tooling, and detection.

• Help build the AI-assisted moderation tooling that lets a small team punch far above its weight.
