KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Plan and coordinate cost estimating, resource allocation, and scheduling for transmission substation and line projects.
•    Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all project phases.
•    Establish and manage baseline schedules, milestones, and critical paths aligned with COD and energisation targets.
•    Monitor and control project budgets, commitments, and expenditures against approved approvals.
•    Track physical progress and perform earned value analysis (EVA) to assess cost and schedule performance.
•    Prepare and present monthly project control reports and dashboards for management and governance committees.
•    Forecast Estimate at Completion (EAC) and cashflow based on performance trends and project status.
•    Maintain the project risk register and monitor mitigation actions impacting cost and schedule.
•    Assess and quantify schedule and cost impacts arising from variations, changes, and claims.
•    Coordinate control data from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, ensuring compliance with governance, reporting, and audit requirements.

•    Early intervention in project progress and escalation of risks and issues.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Civil or equivalent. 
•    Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience as a project controller.
•    Experience in transmission line or substation projects will be an added advantage.
