What's the role?

Official job title is Project Lead - AUV-as-a-Service and will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

This position will manage AUV-as-a-Service projects from contract award through to delivery and closeout. The role will be responsible for project planning, execution, commercial performance, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of operational objectives Key responsibilities include:

• Leading AUV projects from handover to successful completion.
• Developing project and mission plans, including schedules, resources, risk management, and deployment strategies.
• Managing client communications, project reviews, and stakeholder expectations.
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, cashflow, and overall financial performance.
• Monitoring risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and HSEQ requirements.
• Supporting tendering, bid development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Science, Oceanography, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent) is preferred.
• With at least 5-8 years' experience in project management within the offshore, marine, subsea, engineering, or autonomous systems sectors.
• Experience delivering offshore, subsea, marine technology, survey, or autonomous systems projects.
• Strong project management, commercial, and client-facing skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and operational locations as required
