Job Description - Project Manager




  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.


  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.


  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements



  • At least 10 years of experience in IT governance, business development, architecture management or management consulting.



  • Work closely with the Head of the Architecture Function and support management and architectural teams in developing governance, roles, responsibilities, working methods and collaboration models within architecture.



  • Support the architecture function in the next stage of its development.



  • Contribute to both strategic initiatives and concrete implementation and change management.



  • Establish a clear, appropriate and sustainable management model for architecture.



  • Ensure architecture capabilities are developed in line with the company's strategic goals.



  • Collaborate closely with architects, IT management, business representatives, security functions, OT operations and other key stakeholders.



  • Further develop the governance model, decision-making forums and governance processes for the architecture function.



  • Ensure clear links between strategy, portfolio management, architecture governance and execution.



  • Define relevant governing principles and decision-making mechanisms.



  • Clarify responsibilities between Enterprise, Domain, Operations, Information and Solution Architects.



  • Develop role descriptions, mandates and responsibility matrices.



  • Develop and document the architecture function's operating model.



  • Clarify processes, working methods, deliverables and quality criteria.



  • Support the implementation and anchoring of new ways of working.



  • Drive change activities linked to the continued development of architectural capabilities.



  • Support communication of goals, governance and working methods to different target groups.



  • Provide strategic support to the Head of the Architecture Function.



  • Produce decision documentation, presentations and recommendations for management groups and steering forums.



  • Documented experience in developing and implementing operating models for IT and/or architecture management.



  • Several years of experience leading change initiatives in complex organizations.



  • Documented experience establishing roles, responsibilities, governance models and working methods in architecture.



  • Experience working in larger organizations with multiple business areas and stakeholders.



  • Very good knowledge of operating models for IT, portfolio and architecture management.



  • Experience in organizational development and change management.



  • Strong knowledge of governance, decision-making structures and division of responsibilities.



  • Experience with communication and anchoring at management level.



  • Experience preparing and packaging decision support and presentation material for management groups and steering forums.



  • Good experience with established architecture and governance frameworks such as TOGAF, SAFe or equivalent.



  • Ability to pragmatically adapt methods and frameworks to business needs.



  • Experience from energy, electricity grid or other socially critical activities.



  • Experience from construction-heavy or infrastructure-based operations.



  • Analytical, structured and result-oriented.



  • Ability to switch between strategic perspectives and operational implementation.



  • Self-motivated with a high delivery capacity.



  • Communicates complex issues clearly, pedagogically and engagingly.



  • High credibility and ability to create trust among management and specialists.



  • Pragmatic and unpretentious when collaborating with different stakeholders.



  • Documented ability to create consensus, drive change and translate decisions into concrete results.



  • Strong suitability and documented experience in developing and implementing governance and operating models within architecture.



  • Academic degree in IT, systems science, computer science, industrial economics or equivalent.
