Your role

As a dedicated Project Planner, you will play a key role at the intersection of development, procurement, project management, and production within our organization.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that both purchasing and manufacturing processes are aligned with project timelines — supporting smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely material supply for production start

• Manage and administer obsolescence issues

• Handle change orders

• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is positive, collaborative, and thrives in a team environment. You take a structured and methodical approach to your work, with a strong sense of personal drive. To thrive, and succeed in this role, we see that you are familiar with IFS or other MRP/MPS systems. We also believe you have experience in production- and/or material planning, and have strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience from defense industry

• Experience working with Saab products

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
