Requirements

• Experienced AI Engineer to design and develop scalable AI solutions capable of managing complex, multi-step workflows while delivering structured, reliable, and consistent outputs.
  


• Building intuitive user interfaces that transform complex information into clear, actionable insights, with a strong emphasis on quality, traceability, and standardization.
  


• Design and implement multi-agent AI architectures for complex business workflows.
  


• Develop solutions that break down advanced processes into structured and automated execution steps.
  


• Ensure the quality, consistency, reproducibility, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
  


• Build orchestration frameworks enabling collaboration between multiple AI models and system components.
  


• Work with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI control mechanisms.
  


• Develop user-centric interfaces that support analysis, decision-making, and business insights.
  


• Implement traceability, auditability, and data quality controls across AI solutions.
  


• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
  


• Several years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably focused on Generative AI solutions.
  


• Proven experience building agent-based, multi-agent, or orchestrated AI systems.
  


• Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LLM APIs.
  


• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
  


• Solid understanding of data modeling, information flows, and system integration principles.
  


• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
  


• Hands-on experience in AI validation, testing, quality assurance, and performance evaluation.
  


• Experience working in environments where reliability, precision, compliance, and documentation are critical.
  


• Familiarity with rule-driven or highly controlled business processes.
  


• Experience designing UI/UX solutions for analytical, investigative, or decision-support workflows.
  


• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines for AI systems, and model monitoring practices.
  


• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  


• Ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives.
  


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
