Quality Control Scientist

Repligen Sweden is looking for a Scientist in analytical development and validation for the QC department.

About the position:
We are now looking for a Scientist in analytical development and validation for our QC department in Lund. You will work in a dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting customer projects. You will play a key role in the development and validation of analytical methods to ensure the right quality in our products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical methods.
• Perform analyses primarily within projects and stability studies, while also being able to support and perform other analyses in QC.
• Write protocols/reports, SOPs, handle deviations, changes and CAPA.
• Be responsible for implementing and driving changes and improvements within QC.
• Be an active part of our QC team and collaborate with colleagues to find solutions to analytical and technical challenges.
• Contribute to the development of our work processes and routines with a LEAN mindset.

Qualifications:

• A post-secondary education, for example in microbiology/biochemistry/biotechnology/biomedicine, or equivalent
• Experience working in a laboratory environment
• Experience with GMP/ISO 9001
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills
