Build the Swedish market for an established European technology business.
Evolve Search is recruiting a Sales Director to lead the Swedish launch of a European IT and digital transformation company. With over 20 years in the industry, an established international reputation and 1,200+ specialists, the business combines a founding leadership opportunity with substantial technical and operational support.
An end-to-end IT partner, the company helps enterprise clients across manufacturing, automotive, retail, consumer goods and financial services modernise their technology through custom software, cloud, data, AI and managed services.
As the first commercial hire in Sweden, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape the market strategy, open strategic enterprise relationships and build the foundations for long-term growth.
You’ll be supported by dedicated presales, delivery, legal and compliance teams. A local Solutions Consultant is also being recruited to partner with you on customer conversations and solution design.
Define and execute the Swedish sales and market-entry strategy.
Personally originate, develop and close enterprise IT services opportunities.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers, particularly within manufacturing and industrial businesses.
Work with technical and delivery specialists to shape solutions around clients’ business needs.
Establish a sustainable pipeline and help shape the future local team.
A proven track record of personally winning enterprise IT services deals in Sweden or the Nordics.
Experience selling into manufacturing and industrial businesses is essential.
Experience selling digital transformation, software development, cloud, data or AI services.
The ambition and practical drive to build a market from the ground up; previous market-entry experience is highly valued.
Professional fluency in Swedish and English.
Experience working with nearshore or offshore delivery teams would be an advantage.
