The Opportunity

Your Role

• Administer, operate, and support your customer’s Nutanix and VMware environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, develop growth plans, and generate performance reports based on customer trends.
• Lead architectural strategy initiatives in collaboration with customer architecture and engineering teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on Nutanix and VMware best practices, and recommending architectural or engineering improvements.
• Partner with the Nutanix Sales Team to identify new opportunities and maintain clear communication on customer progress and project updates.
• Deliver hands-on implementation, including physical setup of servers and installation of Nutanix software (ability to lift up to 20–25 kg).

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience as a virtualization or infrastructure consultant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong expertise in VMware ESX and data center virtualization, ideally with experience in Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Platform.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automation solutions.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and VMware Aria.
• Experience with VDI (ideally Horizon and Citrix) 
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Deep understanding of storage and data protection technologies (replication, snapshots, backup, restore, etc.).
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex, cross-platform issues.
• Hands-on approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Comfort with leading workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and presenting to both technical and business audiences.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish
