Job Description - RPA Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Analyze business processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust RPA solutions using UiPath.

Enhance existing automations to improve stability, performance, and reliability.

Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Ensure automation solutions comply with quality, security, governance, auditability, and regulatory standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and deployment artefacts.

Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency through automation.

Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong hands-on experience in UiPath development and support.

Proven expertise across the complete RPA lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Experience with Power Automate is preferred.

Experience implementing automation solutions in regulated environments with strong compliance and governance requirements.

Good understanding of documentation standards, traceability, information security, and compliance.

Knowledge of process mapping and business process improvement methodologies.

Ability to work effectively within complex enterprise IT environments and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
